Our highly trained technicians are the best in the business, regularly attending technical institutions and training classes from BOSCH and Autologic to maintain and advance their qualifications, while holding many ASE certifications. They make sure every job, big or small, has the hands of an expert in repair and service of their BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Volkswagen, Jaguar, Land Rover, or a more exotic vehicle like Ferrari or Maserati.

Luis Merchan

Owner / Operator

This Mercedes-Benz master technician worked for Mercedes-Benz dealers in South Florida for years before coming up to Jacksonville and starting Euro Spec. Luis has also worked as a technician for BMW and Porsche. Aside from servicing European automobiles, Luis has years of experience building racecars and racing them.

Ryan Merchan

Service Manager

Ryan has over 10 years of experience as a technician and is highly skilled in customer service. As an Audi and Volkswagen enthusiast, Ryan has tons of experience building high horsepower vehicles for the road and for the track. He is a highly certified Bosch technician, including certifications in Gasoline Direct Injection and Automotive Electrical Diagnostics. Ryan is an eight-year Coast Guard veteran with experience repairing diesel and outboard engines.

Andrew McCall


Andrew holds a number of ASE certifications from Suspension to Heating and Air Conditioning. He has been working with Euro Spec for 7 years, is a great technician and helpful explaining the repair process to our clients. Andrew has been to countless Autologic Technicial Schools and is a master at electrical diagnostics.

Tony Brookshire


As a Volkswagen veteran, not only is Tony a very skilled European and domestic Technician, but he is also a wonderful fabricator and welder. Tony enjoys building hotrods in his spare time.



Shimon has been with us for over a year now, first as a porter and helper and now as an apprentice technician. He spent 4 years serving in the Army and is very excited to be back at the shop. When he was in high school he was a porter and helped us keep the shop nice and clean. He has shown a great deal of potential and has committed himself to a 2 year auto repair program at J-Tech. He is also studying for his ASE certifications. He has a bright future here with us and we look forward to seeing his skills grow.
